There are several chapters in this publication/website online. Its not mine, but there are many things in there that we suggest. You can do all of these things by following the step by steps. Its a time consuming endeavor, but it will make a difference in the end. The big thing in all of this is getting to the customer. There are lots of obstacles and clutter for both them and you to get through. Its a great read, as are the other chapters. Impressive marketing efforts, continuous menu innovation, and strategic geographical expansion helped Starbucks grow its revenue quickly; in fact, revenue reached $13.
There is also a daily publication on coffee that I get and like to read. Its called Coffee Grounds Reports. It has been stories about the coffee business from around the world actually.
Found this recently while reading one of many daily publication that come my way. The graphic show some itneteresting numbers through graphs. Its not the thousands that are shown anymore. Millions and Billions are the numbers today. But more that that later,
Here is the dirty little no so secret thing in development. Developers don’t write things from scratch these days. There are repositories all over the Net and sites that provide all the cumbersome pain the in the ass loops and code that we all wrote in college for assignments to learn all this coding crap. And you did it over and over. Today some have been upgraded to the term API, which most places have, and offer free to access as long as you sign up. That said we still code and want as much help as possible to help us along or to catch those annoying typos or forgetting to define something you would of sworn was defined 100s of lines earlier. Loads of tools here, more to come. And makes creating the next killer app much easier as the tedious BS is done for you. Now go forth and conquer.
