A new app of sorts. Created by folks up in Portland, this app help bring folks together via their cells. Lets folks know when they are in vicinity or talking about a “place” or “location”. See you subscribe to a particular phone number, or group that someone creates. Kind of cool. There are a number of “celly” feeds already from across the country. You can look up feeds according to states. It even ranks the states according to the number of cellys. I’d love to hear back from people on their experiences.
